some tourneys, like dubai global, broadcast all N boards from the venue where N>64. this exceeds the current limit and requires splitting then grouping of broadcasts which is reasonable (sometimes N>150). this request proposes two options for auto shared leaderboard

a separate toggle for the entire broadcast group akin to the current toggle
keyword parsing in broadcast group assignment text field (perhaps as a bool after tourney-id)
