I played Crazyhouse on mobile browser the other day - worked just fine even on my small screen. Made me think that Lichess should have some Adaptive via CSS Media queries or other ways.
Mobile app is great, but not everyone tends to jump install it + it might not be available for Windows phone, Ubuntu phone etc. and not all features are available or will ever will be I suppose (like search pages etc.)
