Display # of People Available to Accept Your Seek #1737

ICC has, I like. Seems useful.

Mobile does this. It shows the number of online users. Which we already show on the desktop to the left.

Implementing this for Lichess would be counter-intuitive because AFAIK the seek filters are client-side and the server does not know. It's not like FICS where you can set a formula.
