atomic chess selfmate #220

the problem is that the winner is the one who loses his king.

It should be disallowed, going by the rule set we are using (however, certain variations of atomic chess do allow it.)

I've submitted a fix to scalachess with a unit test but I'm not able to verify it manually since my local UI setup is broken at the moment.
