I like Chess variants more than standart and happy about seeing some more at lila which i have ever known. Maybe you dont know about those below My favorit variants. Most Crazyhouse players quit zh if BUGHOUSE is available. https://github.com/binarymax/kriegspiel "with a demo." https://github.com/saagar/bughouse.js

note: i should have prefer standart chess if there should be an algorithm that i could capture my own pieces to rescue King or to get positional advantage. that algortihm may produce another variant maybe?

I know I can't see this from http://lichess.org/blog ; however an older entry states:

Please don't ask me for bughouse. Lichess is a game for one board and two players. Now, someone should totally build a new bughouse website/app. It's impossible to integrate into lichess because it's radically unlike chess, structurally speaking.

dupe of #229, #1876 or #50.

tl;dr very difficult to implement and not a priority at the moment.

gultekinmg commented 7 years ago

i understand why lichess is not.. you have no idea about implement. Bug house is not a multisocket game. it is two players game beside observing (like watch tv) and same procedure having pieces at your poke from other game you have no flood on other board. And i am not talking about ONLY bughouse KRIEGSPIEL is most entertaining game i have ever seen.

Dude, please use the Lichess Feedback forum if you want to make noise by repeating the same thing on both closed and open issues.

gultekinmg commented 7 years ago

ok ok but forum is not designed well as much here.

gultekinmg commented 7 years ago

you can close other you are right

you have no idea about implement.

I do, actually. It would be difficult to code and costly to maintain.
