Watkins antichess solution does not change much for human play. No human can ever memorize the proof tree. Additionally cheating using the tree is potentially easier (but definitely not harder) to detect than cheating with an engine.
Will solved games be removed from Lichess at all?
I don't see why, unless the solution makes the game trivial. No such solution is expected for any of the variants any time soon.
