Add an option to hide all the ratings from sight. #390

I'd really like playing chess and solving training puzzles not knowing how hard they were, and also not bothering about my own. For example, workaround for title page: s=document.styleSheets[0];s.insertRule(".table_wrap tr td:nth-child(3) {visibility: hidden;}", s.cssRules.length);
