There is a privacy concern to take into account here regarding prep (e.g. OTB or online (e.g. 45+45) tournaments, for content production (blogs, chessable content, etc.)).
Is it sufficient only to get access to chat, and not the PGNs?
If not, then at the very least, log all access to protected studies (i.e. commlog).
Access to chat and comments should be sufficient, i don't see other possibilities for them to harass or insult others.

Previously there has been cases where people figured they can add studies full of insults/hate without a mod being able to delete/edit those studies. Even though studies are private or only shared with invited people it gives a platform we can't moderate such behavior.
