Improve Android system bars and immersive mode

• Use edge to edge mode on compatible devices
• Immersive mode during play is now opt it, because it is not obvious that a majority of people would be bothered by system gestures (it depends a lot on the device and if the user swipes to move the piece or not).
• gestures exclusion are now disabled on tablets
• Improve storm screen gestures exclusion settings
