Add in-game settings cog to Puzzle Streak and Storm #910

Puzzle Streak and Puzzle Storm do not allow you to change relevant settings on the fly, that you can in a chess game or in traditional puzzles.

Use case: When I play Puzzle Storm, I like to aim for a high score, but piece animation slows me down. Making the settings cog accessible from there would allow me to disable piece animation (I believe Puzzle Storm piece animation is already disabled by default on the web, similar to bullet time controls. However I feel that options are preferable in this case, rather than a hard default). Being able to toggle shapes and piece animation in Puzzle Streak would be a nice accessibility change too.

I suggest replacing the sound toggle icon in the top right to a settings cog, and of course putting the sound settings in there too. Screenshot_20240809-191618.png

Piece animation should be disabled by default for Storm.
