It would be nice to have the conf file path also passed on to master_ip_failover_script and master_ip_online_change_script scripts #61

In cases where there is a single manage node monitoring multiple master-slave 
pairs, its good to some how distinguish the pair for which the ip_failover and 
online_change helper scripts are called. This will allow additional information 
to be stored such as writer VIP and interface information, etc, and then 
differentiate which one to use. Or when needing to access MySQL username and 
password.
