[Feature Request] Party Members Only, Grow by party size

I'd love for the meter to show me all of my party members, and only my party members.

My ideal layout would be two boxes:

Party Bars
- 1 column, 1-12 rows
- Party only, potentially with pets optional
- A button to toggle between Default (DPS with Party Sort), DPS, HPS, and Enmity.
Other Allied PCs
- 4 columns, 4 rows (16 players)
- used for alliance members in Alliance Raids and Frontlines, invisible outside such content.

No pets, no NPCs.
