feat: additional visibility options #48

Expands on the visibility config, adding visibility toggles to show auras when in duty or when weapon is drawn IF hide outside combat is toggled, similar to DelvUI.

Additionally adds a toggle to hide auras outside Eureka, and groups PvP, Golden Saucer and Eureka as these are 'territory' based.
