Updated install instructions #114

I've integrated your suggestions for the install instructions and renamed INSTALL.txt to INSTALL.md using the style of Markdown you included in issue #79. I included a link to your porting document in the wiki. Wiki's are cool but they don't ship when you clone the repository :disappointed: . Hopefully adding a install document in your root project directory will clue in people like me who may want to install nvi2 and give it a try.

Note the installation instructions included in issue #79, described in porting and even my prior suggestion which worked on macOS do not work for me on my Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS box I'm using today (I use a Mac at work and the "Unix Makefiles" workd nicely under Montery/MacPorts).

I'm pretty sure my issues on my Ubuntu box at home a result of not knowing either cmake or ninja so chalk them up to pilot error on my part. Never the less I'm passing on the INSTALL.md file with pull request as you may find it useful if you think having an install document in the project root is helpful.

Good luck with your project and it is nice to know their is an alternative to vim. I learned vi way back in time before sleepy cat and nvi was created and vim is just enough annoying to trip up my muscle memory when I type. nvi2 running on macOS is a nice alternative (though I will miss the syntax highlighting of vim). Cheers Robert
