libregex: prefix functions to avoid conflicts with libc names #92

This is required to allow building correctly with AddressSanitizer: the libasan interceptors come first in the linker search order and will be used to satisfy the reg* functions, which then causes non of the files from libregex to be pulled in so we end up using the libc functions instead.

I found this while trying to build the entire FreeBSD base system with AddressSanitizer enabled. Sample error:

Updated to use a macro instead, confirmed that this fixes the asan build for me on FreeBSD+macOS.
