Create branch for 3.x #13

@McSneaky RequestBody is now supported in swagger-php

I want to try swagger-php 3.x-dev. Should I fork or can we make a branch for this version?

@ddanielroche Yep, the master branch is for next release

I'm not having this branch on my computer anymore. But if I remember correctly then moving to Swagger 3 was just and composer.json version update.

I wrote some tests for it, but lost this branch to /dev/null

And seems like some forks already have it

The V3 will be a good improvment.

In my personal branch I have swagger ui 3.x. I would like to integrate it into this repository. I also added support for the urls property.
