Discussion: Layers hold the geometry, there is no flow graph #86

Initial problem:
It is not clear now why we distinguish flow and mobility graph if we dont want to do micropscopic simulation
Proposition:
Only have layers that holds also the geometry
Comments:
No more possibility for microscopic flow
