[ao] Avi running in place after standup from real groundsit

Press CTRL-ALT-S. The avi will groundsit for real (ie. not just playing groundsit anim while standing called SitAnywhere)
Press Stand button to have the avi stand up again

Result is avi will be running in place until the avi is moved (arrow keys)

Does not happen with SitAnywhere, like the groundsit button on the AO itself.

This is an SL bug, nothing we can do about it. Doesn't happen in OpenSim.
