Feature - "Submit an article" - button and landing page #52

This would be the button that would stay static on every page

This would be the landing page

submit article- final

When clicking submit on the form (if not logged in or registered) you would be prompted to do so without losing your information from the form.

Here is the plugin we based this off of: http://wordpress.org/plugins/user-submitted-posts/screenshots/

We do require the Photoshop design file to complete this page
