Top Bar Plugin - covering navbar on mobile #63

I know that mobile is another conversation - but it would be great if we can fix the Top Bar from overlapping the Nav Bar on mobile.

The solution, if we cannot fix it, would be to remove the Top Bar from mobile but keep it on Desktop. It's hurting the user experience.

Topbar is off... Will work on it for next promo.
