• const pointer
  • int * const p = &a;
  • 常指针 -- 指针常量
  • 指向的地址不能改变, 但指向的变量或许可以修改 -- 要看指向的是不是 const 变量
  • 因为本身是常量, 所以必须赋初值？
• pointer to const
  • const int *p = &a;
  • 因为本身不是常量, 只是指向了常量, 所以可以不赋初始值
  • 常量指针
  • 指向的地址可以改变, 但指向的变量不能修改
    • 能够将地址改变为, 指向 non-const variable?
