Another possible feature request (or please mention if it is already available) is to display only those loops which have interaction score between "scoreMin" and "scoreMax" (specified in the longrange track options). All other loops can be hidden. I was testing some loops with interaction scores between 0 to 80, and then manually set the limit from 50 to 80. No loop was hidden, but rather all arcs became darker (as if scores were increased). I was trying to debug loops having 50 - 80 scores, but could not do so. There is no tooltip text on arcs, so debugging is even harder. Please suggest a solution.
Hi @souryacs , this is a good feature. Right now the score is correlated with color transparency. I will try add this option and tooltip as well. Thank you!
