Hic heatmap issue #318

Dear Professor,

Hello, thank you so much for developing this awesome tool. I have two questions, after I load the hic file, the direction of the heat map is down, how to flip it, the direction is up? The second question is, how do you make the heat map look like a complete pyramid instead of a rectangle or part of a pyramid？ Looking forward to your resply

Hi @Zheng19w for now, you can do this in photoshop or illustrator, we are working on a feature to allow directly flip on the browser, will release that function soon.

for you second question, you can right click, and check the 2 options below:
