How to obtain input files for generating .g3d files #24

Hi, The Visualization of g3d files is so cool in g3dv website. I found that the input file for generating .g3d files is coordinates in 3D, and I can obtain it from hic data. But there are so much software for 3D remodeling, Could you give me some recommended softwares for 3D remodeling?

Hi @QianzhaoJ , thanks for the interest. For 3d modeling I only used dip-c and hickit, both tools are supposed to run on single cell data. While we basically used the 3D data from publications. Also the development of g3dv is paused currently due to limited resource, I have been working on the 3d module on the Browser, if you interest, you can check the docs here.
