what was the status of the request by paulo to have someone upload the
inference web / pml papers?
I am forwarding this message so that that person is more up to date on the
collection news.

thanks,
Deborah

ps. once papers are in one mendeleay collection, is it easier to put them in
another mendeleay collection?

Hi,
I have been trying to clean up the public Mendeleay collection and here is the situation:

- I merged the shared collection with the public collection. the shared
collection is now gone
- I reviewed 66 entries that had evidently been imported automatically. Some of
them were junk, some were duplicates, but quite a few were good entries after
cleaning

- initially we had 87 "approved" entries. After adding the cleaned upo entries
and removing the dups, we now have 110 entries that are "ok" for citation,
although not perfect.
 they are here: http://www.mendeley.com/research-papers/collections/418902/prov-xg-public-bibliography/
The authors on this list are invited to edit their own paper entries!! please take a look and find yourself :-)

Patricia Esparza has volunteered to register our papers. I will meet
with her today to identify how we are going to register the papers.
Meanwhile, we are waiting for people to update the publication page of
the Inference Web wiki. For instance, I can see neither UTEP nor RPI
IPAW 2010 papers listed in the wiki.

 * Patricia to find out of Mendalay will accept Paulo's bibtex file.
 * Patricia will put papers at http://inference-web.org/wiki/Publications onto Mendalay
 * everyone tag PML papers on Medalaey. Patricia will guide.

I realized that bibtex is the best way of adding content to Mendeley. It will
be easier to import them if you could contribute by sending me your bibtex
files related to provenance papers.

Paulo will share a link to the Mendeleay tagging system. I guess this is this
link

As I mentioned, are we just manually creating the bibtex or taking advantage of
the bibtex-derived properties?

While attending Incubator meeting, it was appears that only references cited by
one of the three scenarios would be useful/visible. The papers need to be
tagged to the scenario (in Mendeley) and added manually to the scenario wiki
page (e.g.
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/prov/wiki/Analysis_of_News_Aggregator_Scenario)
.
