URL lost from IW Registrar to http://inference-web.org/registry/ #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding an instance (e.g. Agent) using 
http://inference-web.org/wiki/IW_Registrar
2. Adding a URL to the second URL field (e.g. http://www.dajobe.org/)
3. clicking "add"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect http://inference-web.org/registry/AGT/DaveBeckett.owl to have the URL 
"http://www.dajobe.org/".

That is a bug in registrar because of the change made to Information being
bnode.

I'll look into it.

Tim waiting for the need to create another instance. He doesn't want to make 
garbage instances. This issue can be tabled for now.

http://inference-web.org/registry/FMT/RDFAbstractSyntax.owl
