Brief description of requested feature
In a person page, we would like to navigate to related items, not just
publications and projects.

How to test the feature?
 * add more links to the default person query.  i.person.relation
 * so does project 

Is there any suggestions towards completing that feature?
 * we can maintain the a good relation query template
 * we can include special:browse/PAGENAME to improve browsing

Please provide any additional information below.

worked out some UI design
* we've got person, publication, and project fully connected
