fix: replace console logs by error #212

This solution showed ineffective behavior in the testing process. It is more correct to log the error without throwing it. Because this error will not be handled correctly by NestJS

I am closing this PR and have prepared another solution: https://github.com/lidofinance/lido-keys-api/pull/213
