Add Operation date, gender and birthdate Pro:

good for analysis

Contra:

asking this question a patient? Doctors should know the date.
need new UI
not clear who and when should add the operationdate
birthdate need maybe encryption --> visualization won't work
for operation date we have already OP type: pre, post follow up
