From https://github.com/lieff/minimp3/issues/57 . I did not find any software which writes it, so this path not tested yet.

It's a wannabee extension which no one uses, no player supports and no tag library parses: It should be removed. (which I did so myself in SDL_mixer quite some time ago.)
