Thanks for the PR, but I didn't notice it before I did the legwork myself.

FWIW stack.yaml here is kinda borked, and we can allow both 3.1 and 3.2 since there are no breaking changes that affect pandoc-crossref between those.

Also, for future reference, there's a short instruction in the readme now. Mostly for my own reference, but it may come handy in case I go MIA again.

Anyway, thank you for your efforts, and sorry I wasn't able to get to this sooner.
