Problem with CompactHeader addon #2

Hi, first of all - thank you, I was looking for such an addon for a long time.

There's an issue in combination with CompactHeader addon ( https://addons.mozilla.org/de/thunderbird/addon/compactheader/ ). The DKIM verifier toolbar is shown on the right, instead of the bottom of the message header. Could you please add support for the CompactHeader addon?

Thank you for reporting. Version 0.3.1 fixes this (currently awaiting review).
