Need to change timestamp post-update to buffering #9

If this is not done, proper timestamp checking cannot be done when submitting data. We need to change and check timestamp for every item when updating stuff like "last used by", etc.

Set up LogRelayer class between LogReader and LogData, and LogRelayer takes care of buffering when necessary
