1、换成 XeLaTeX 引擎，对中文支持更好

2、文件名 COPYING 改为 LICENSE

其实没有必要重命名COPYING，COPYING也是标准的提供许可证信息的方式。

主要是考虑到用LICENSE，Github才显示出协议信息，感谢指出：）

其实也不需要，COPYING也会被GitHub识别的，比如我随便找了一个例子：https://github.com/koreader/kindlepdfviewer
