Create User Avatar based on call with Lauren, so that we can optimise future videos keeping in mind whom we are publishing the videos for and thus attract the right audience.

@RadhaHarilal can you also update this please to be representative of the tasks and acceptance (remember Lauren reviewing is a task not an acceptance, acceptance is when we know the job issue has been completed) Did you do any other research into defining our user profiles? add the tasks / steps etc

@RadhaHarilal I have added a copy of this to the Social Media folder in our Comms folder, I have made a few additions / minor tweaks to the profiles. I think we can build on these as we go and get clearer with strategy. p.s. don't forget to tick off items you've done in the issue
