Goals

Draft episodes 1 & 2 of Second Renaissance 🚧 started but focused changed to do a CC101 follow up
Host next Community Call (Rufus host) ✔️
Ordinary People podcast page up & 1st published ❌ will assign to Moon
Morning Creative Practices promo and people sign up 🚧 in progress
Optimization review of current offerings completed with action plan ✔️
Prep for onboarding new starter ✔️

In this iteration we have reviewed and re-defined the focus for the next email course to a follow up of CC101 and poll and mail out completed for community input. Alexia's role and tasks at the Hub has been more clearly defined. Prep for new starter - Moon completed. 1 community call hosted and published. Morning Creative Practice promo in progress. Values Jam call held and collective action of a blog in progress. Two more SOPs written, and trialing of short form content for engagement, along with reviewing and optimizing (a work in progress) the offers we currently have i.e. whatsapp group descriptions updated.
