  3. Inclusive Spaces: Embracing Diversity and Accessibility in Conscious Co-living πŸ”₯
  4. Culinary Communities: Exploring Food in Conscious Coliving Spaces πŸ”₯ would be best to coordinate with Valerie on this the Hub Tenzo. So would suggest this for next year

  8. Mindful Consumption: Reducing Environmental Impact in Co-living Spaces πŸ”₯ you may want to touch base with Liam for this or rewatch his community call
  9. The Evolution of Conscious Coliving: Trends and Future Prospects πŸ”₯ this would be great, possibly next year and again in alignment with the practical action launch

Idea: Inclusive Spaces: Embracing Diversity and Accessibility in Conscious Co-living

Potential subtopic/case study: Inclusive Design for Diverse Communities: Inclusive design that considers the needs of diverse communities contributes to a sense of belonging and well-being. Case studies, such as Haven Coliving in San Francisco, showcase designs that accommodate various abilities and preferences. Features like wheelchair-accessible spaces, gender-neutral bathrooms, and sensory-friendly common areas foster an inclusive environment. Prioritising inclusivity in co-living design ensures that all residents feel valued and supported.

Great case study for multiple blog post ideas: The Collective Old Oak, located in London, is a pioneering example of co-living spaces that prioritise community, flexibility, and modern design. As one of the largest co-living developments globally, it offers a dynamic environment where residents can experience a unique blend of private living spaces and vibrant communal areas. The design of The Collective Old Oak emphasises versatility, featuring multi-functional furniture and flexible layouts that adapt to residents' evolving needs. The community fosters social interaction through shared spaces like communal kitchens, lounges, and collaborative work areas. Additionally, The Collective Old Oak is known for its innovative approach to technology, incorporating smart home features to enhance convenience and connectivity for residents. This co-living space reflects a commitment to creating a harmonious and modern living experience, emphasising the importance of community, flexibility, and technology in contemporary urban living. https://www.collective.co.uk/

Nice - I would suggest you write a blog post on this as a case study (you can have a look at the Sieben Linden one previously written by Boaz - not a case study as such but a featured community). I would add this in as a signed off topic.

Feel free to pick two others for this period from the list above - I've ranked accordingly with suggestions and make a note to keep the other topics and suggestions in mind for future reference.

This is all really great work Moon!

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vp-hEMxGn1cuLEXzELaD0tHmocDNMCoo-Zq2aEOYlKE/edit The Collective Old Oak: Redefining Community Living in Central London, blog updated & ready, only one question, can we use an image off their website for the blog post do you think?

laurenwigmore commented 4 months ago

@moonimmisch both are good to publish, well done. One thing to note we write coliving like this (not co-living), and to double check re the spacing etc before publishing. with the subheadings in the document don't add blurb or conclusion into the post (I'm assuming that's only for your reference anywhere) The image is fine to use just make sure to reference that it is from the website, underneath it or at the bottom of the blog.

NOT FIXED. Closing this issue to reorient our blog posts to other topics such as, conflict or potentially older unpublished material. We have written enough to this point for SEO and are having a successful consistent turnover of sign ups to CC101 (250 at present - 2024-01-22)
