[ ] Identify which organizations are already apart of ecosystem in the database sheet
[ ] Identify which organizations fit criteria to include in the ecosystem should we use cohere+ criteria other than the EU focus?

Would be nice to do and a kind-of "good first issue" but not a super priority.
