Support Next links (internal links) in markdown pages #170

Next links (internal links) support in markdown pages and eliminate the need for redirecting links ending with .md

Acceptance

[x] Internal links are Next links. eg. <Link href="...">
- [x] Handle links ending with .md (currently set as redirects).
[x] External links ie., <a href="..." /> open in new tab.

DONE Anchor.js component was modified to support all of the above.
