Could sshfs utility display file->open dialog on dock click? #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch sshfs and mount a volume
2. Do some unrelated tasks in other applications
3. click on sshfs in the dock 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some applications, such as Safari and Firefox, will display a default window if 
you click on them 
in the dock while no window is open. This will help novice users better find 
their way. Right now, 
if you click on sshfs in the dock, the only visible change is the menu at the 
top of the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.10, Mac OS X 10.4 8L127

Please provide any additional information below.
I would suggest either having sshfs exit after you mount a filesystem or having 
sshfs pop up the 
Connect to SSH Server dialog when you click on it in the dock.

All sshfs.app issues are being moved to the "NeedVolunteer" status. Looks like 
several people are working to 
make the GUI better.
