SSHFS prompting for password even when application (apparently) not running, and network link ejected #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up SSHFS connection to remote server
2. Later close it via eject
3. When starting certain other applications (e.g. OraCal2Ical) suddenly a
prompt appears for an sshfs password

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I close SSHFS via eject I expect it to be dead and gone. It seems
really hard to kill. While it doesn't appear on the desktop, or in finder,
the sshfs password prompt appears at random intervals.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
This would be an absolutely amazing thing if it worked the way I expetced,
i.e. alive when I wanted it to be alive and dead when I expected it to be
dead. I realize its only 0.10 but ....
