Adds GWAS catalogue as input for genetic correlation #67

Summary:

Includes GWAS catalogue summary statistics as input for Genetic Correlation.

Improves documentation as well.

Tasks:

Revisit GWAS catalogue implementation for PRS
Adapt and include processes for importing GWAS catalogue summary stats
Build logic to use GWAS cat stats as input for genetic correlation
Adds size of study as parameter
Updates docs
Run tests in cloudOS

Comments:

It takes a lot of time to test this pipeline with GWAS catalogue files.
