Summary:

Implements simulation of real pheno data by using either real pheno data or a config file with the important components

Tasks:

[x] Adds sampling over real pheno data
[x] Adds generation of phenotypes following config file
[x] Adds support for Continuous, Categorical, Dates and Integer variables
[x] Adds support for multiple arrays
[x] Sampling from normal and uniform distribution
[x] Creates metadata from config file
[x] Adds new processes for simulation in different settings (only with config file or also using real data as template)
[x] Fixes CI tests by using simulated data
[x] Fixes staging of files
[x] Adds seed to sim params to avoid numerical problems with ldsc and glm during tests

From now until the issue is solved, it only accepts path to files or s3://, no https:// supported
It integrates changes from previous PRs on review: 79 81
Seeds creates the same column all the time -> Added some variability to generate some differences in the sampled data making it more realistic
