Working on version 3.0.0. Only thing that will be added from now on will be bug fixes and documentation. I'll squash commits when done.

Available as quay.io/lifechurch/k8s-deploy-helper:refactor

@si-rob @chrisvaughn @bbelyeu @justin-richert - 3.0.0 is now feature complete. Looking for someone to put some eyes on documentation and see if any of the changes don't make any sense.
