Tick labels incorrectly rendered #25

Hello, I ran into an issue with tick labels not rendering correctly when using with bootstrap togglable tabs. it would render correctly on the first (active) pane but not on 2nd, 3rd, etc. Images below. The issue happens with both vanilla bootstrap and ember bootstrap components.

can you produce in a twiddle? I have never seen this problem but then i've not used bootstrap togglable tabs in a while. My guess is that there is something odd happening with flexbox. Are you using Bootstrap 4?

I was checking this project and it looks really neat. On my computer the demo was buggy, though. Every time I clicked on the demo slider on the "Ticks" session, the slider would increase its size. I'm using Firefox 54 (64bits) for Ubuntu. For Chrome, Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit), it works quite well
