Wrong gradient and pattern offsets when setting style #29

Referring to the name of a gradient or pattern when setting a fill or stroke style part in CSV makes the gradient or pattern show up badly translated. Some transform needs to be applied for this to be useful.

The solution is probably to do what Inkscape does and create a new definition element that refers to the existing one and adds some position attributes. For more control the old copy style feature is needed to copy the exact gradient layout used by some existing element.
