Update to MacOSX-10.7 toolchain #12

It would be cool if toolwhip could be updated to Lion and the developer Tools 
4.1 : http://www.opensource.apple.com/release/developer-tools-41/

Meaning gcc-5666.3, distcc-2503 and ld64-123.2.1

Also would like to see this but right now we are still trying to get support 
for 10.6 and not 'everyone' has Lion yet (nor will they).

I have created a slightly older-feeling toolchain here:
https://github.com/tatsh/xchain

It works with 10.7 headers. Just follow the instructions.
