Process June 2021 GBIF data #46

Process the June 2021 GBIF dataset for use with the production update as well as for Syftorium seeding.

I think we may want to get a more complete dataset for the syftorium. The data for Lifemapper does not include observations or fossils and observations make up a large portion of the bird data.

Aimee started the process of creating that dataset from GBIF and said that it was about 3TB compressed. We decided that that was too big for now but I think it would be interesting to try processing it with lmpy.
