Scripts directory #1

Mavericks uses ~/Library/Scripts for user scripts instead of ~/Library/Script Libraries. As such, I cloned the Git repository from within this directory (~/Library/Scripts).

Executing the installation script ($ ./asmake install) adds ASMake.scpt to ~/Library/Script Libraries. Can this file and directory (empty except for this file) be safely removed? I'd prefer to use the other location.

Script libraries have been introduced with Mavericks. They are different from user scripts because they are not meant to be executed directly, but loaded by scripts. As such, they must be located in a Script Libraries folder (see the AppleScript Language Guide). So this is an AppleScript convention, not my choice.
