Move lexiconcss (1.x) site to this repo #1401

Currently, the old LexiconCss site is hosted at https://github.com/jbalsas/lexiconcss, which is simply a copy of the site output when the 1.x branch is updated.

To simplify the update workflow, we should script it and use wedeploy cli tool to simply keep the docs updated.

I think this is either done or unnecessary right now... or the team is looking into ways to do this already, so closing for now.
